Data on your device
Your progress and settings are stored on your device and, when iCloud is available, copied to your own iCloud account, which we cannot read. Deleting the app removes the local copy; write to us to have the iCloud copy removed.
Data collected
The game does not ask for your name, email or any account. It collects the following, under the categories Apple requires apps to declare.

Each company above processes data only on our instructions. They operate outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards set out in their own data processing terms.
Tracking
iOS asks whether the game may track you across other apps and websites. Allowing it shares your advertising identifier with AppsFlyer and the advertising networks above. Declining does not change the game, and you can change your choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
When your device region is set to one of these territories, the game does not request advertising consent and signals to the networks that none has been given, so the advertisements you see are contextual rather than personalised. Processing for analytics, attribution and advertising relies on our legitimate interest in running and funding the game.
You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing based on that legitimate interest, and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Children
The game is not directed to children under 13 and is not part of Apple's Kids Category. It does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Requests
Analytics and attribution records are kept while the game is supported, and deleted on request. Write to info@overtapkitchen.com. We hold no name or email, so we may need more information to find your data, or may be unable to.
Changes
This page is updated before any version that collects something new reaches the App Store. The effective date above changes with it.
